Essence point from new technologies:
1. Lamination ? better adhesion then solventless and/or solvent base, no need for curing time,
Lower waste & cheaper operations costs, much better from Ecology & Health point of view.
Excellent for Retort printing laminates, B.I.B, Napkins & other added value laminates.
2. Flexo printing- Ability to print in Gravure quality ?175 d.p.i (70 line screen), excellent line & aria
Printing, ability to print process with line printing on the same plate much better then
Regular solvent base inks from Ecology & Health, cheaper in operation costs.
3. Specials------ Pe Inline printing / Extruder blown film with the same printing quality as the above, the
Printing unit can be added to exist Extruders & it is not expensive one.
4. Specials------ Inline Flexo printing / Lamination/ Slitting machine that have all the above qualities,
Much more efficient & cheaper then the regular 3 machine process
5. Gravure curves - With 25 years of experience I know that one of the major problems is to create your own
Engraving curves for different materials/machines/inks. I have developed simple software
That enables you to set your own special curves in 2 passages only, on your proof printing
Machine. It is simple operate software & very accurate ?it will give you 45 degree line.
Reverse printing, surface, printing on white ink, Aluminum & others.
